Flight Sim Labs has released the A321neo for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. It includes new CFM LEAP-1A engines and detailed systems. A second update will add Pratt & Whitney engines later, free for current buyers. The price is $69.95 plus tax, with a discount for users who already own the A321ceo in MSFS. For those of you that will know already, FSLabs are known for their in depth study level aircraft releases from the earlier flight sim days.

Fenix Simulations have also published their 2025 roadmap earlier in March which reveals they are currently working on an A320neo/A321neo variant. While there are no timelines, a lot of people have mentioned they are waiting in hope of a sharp release.
